Record Selecting in Sub-forms

In a sub-form I have the "Record Selectors" property set to Yes. but it will only allow me to select single records or I can drag down and select multiple consecitive records.

I want to select individual records line in a list box where you can use the CTRL key. Is this possible - if so could someone please let me know.

I'm using access 97 - so this site won't help - but thanks for the site. When I move across the to Access2000 in September I'll be using it.
