record phone calls

have a customer who has mics 7.0 sw.he would like to record his
staffs conversations while on the telephone for trainning purposes.
(in las vegas nv. no problem)any suggestions for good products to interface w/his unit

DO you have a Call pilot? IF so, you can use the record a call feature in it.

Algo makes a device that can record from one to alot of users(can't remember exact number) at the same time. It works good, saves to a hard drive.

if one of my employees record a call from call pilot.would they be able to forward this recorded call to another mailbox once it has been recorded for training purposes?

yes its a msg recorded in mbox and can be traeted the same as any msg

you can hook them up on a per station or per line basis
