Record is Deleted when trying to view table

When I go to opeen one of tables in "View" a window comes up advising "Record is Deleted"
If you click OK, another window comes up advising "Microsoft Access can't open the table in datasheet view"

I can open the table in design view, forms assoiated with it still open.

For speed, I'd copy the design to a new table and transfer all the data over perhaps with a Make Table Query. Then delete the old table and rename the new one the same as the old one.

Thanks, I ran the repair and compact tool on the table and everything is fine now
