Record Greeting & Record Name Short Codes

IP office 8.1 = Embedded Voicemail

1) Looking to setup a short code so that a user can directly record a hunt group greeting (without having to *99, dial 3, dial 1)

2) Same as above but for recorded name for a users voicemail (*17, then *05)

Tried a bunch of different combos ... Have done this in VMpro before but can't seem to figure it out on embedded.

I've tried variant of Voicemail Collect and keep getting "remote access is not configured for this mailbox

Put a password in the hunt group voicemail

Also I don't think you can get pass the dial3,dial 2 to record the greeting
