The option to record prompts from an extension has disappeared from VMP. Now the only option that exists is PC Multimedia. I have tried rebooting IP Office unit and voicemail pro server and still no luck.

In VM Pro goto File -> Login, and make sure your server is in the Unit name field and press OK.
