Call pilot 100 ver1 ,MICS r6.0, I have several extensions using F989, record a call, but one extension, with the same COS, will let you install the feature on the phone, but when on a call and you activate, it just flashes the display like its going to work and then ignores it, no error message, nothing? Just returns to line id on display. Also, set up a test mbox to try the feature, which worked fine, but when I tried to delete the mbox, won't delete, says "mbox in use" ? What am I missing?

I would reboot the voicemail. Sometime little Gremlins get in there and don't want to leave. See if rebooting clears your issue.

If it's not full, and you want to delete and rebuild it, is it saying MB in use, or MB in CCR?

thanks for the responses The "f989" Mailbox is not full, and the display for the deletion of the test mbox says "mbox in use" ??? Which odd cause it was only a test as is empty? Have not been back at the site to reboot the CP or should I restart the MICS also?

I would connect to the Call Pilot with a crossover cable and make sure that the Class of service for the mailbox allows "enable record a call".
