Reconnecting Users to their disconnected sessions!

Hi,

Sometimes my users when they have been disconnected because of either RAS issues or WAN issues, don't get their previous session, instead they get a new session, sometimes on the same server and sometimes on a different one!

I have various client versions and it happens to them all!

My OS is W2K SP2
Citrix XPe SP1
Published App spanning 4 servers

Any ideas?

Have you checked connection config tool on all the servers? or user properties? There may be a setting that is time-based for disconnects to reset the session

there are settings in the registry you can change to tune this behaviour. Go to CTX235484, the TCP/IP section shows which keys to change.
