Reconnecting a disconnect session

First sorry for my english.

I have problems with some users, I use Publish Applications. When a user disconnect from the session, some users doesn´t restore his connection.I have to log off his session from de CMC for he can start session again. The Publish Application only permit 1 session for user. Why don´t reconnect the disconnected session?

reconnecting to a citrix app requires a number of things, but most specifically the citrix server needs to be able to identify the remote user as being the same person as the one who was using the application before. If you are publishing applications for anonymous users (check via the cmc) or if the citrix clients themselves do not have unique names (you can also see this via the CMC and looking at the active users - if using ICA client 7, go into tools/ica settings and either enable dynamic client name or make sure that the name being used is actually unique) then you might start to have issues re-establishing sessions.

Also, what patch level are you at?

I believe that you need to be at SP3/FR3 for this to work!

I'm hoping this is the fix as I get the same problem with SP1/No FR
