Use a Cisco 3560 24p 10/100 POE its the best one for IP-Phone,s.
Also easy to progam and almost everybody here can help you with the configuration. (Programmed in 15s)
We have used Linksys and HP POE switches successfully, but had problems with 3com switches passing BOOTP / DHCP data after variable timeframes.
BEWARE that many IP phones use half the max power rating available, but that does NOT include the Avaya phones. With 14 IP hones you should just scrape in.
