Recommended Spare Parts?

I'm looking for some guidelines on what spare/refurbished parts would be smart to stick on a shelf as an insurance policy.

Current equipment:

* IP500v2 control unit with:
** Combo DS 6/Phone 2/VCM1 (daughter card: ATM4 V2) and
** VCM64 V2 (daughter card: Universal PRI)

* qty 4 "DS30B" expansion units
* qty 4 "Phone 30" analog expansion units

Does anyone have suggestions for a spare parts list for parts that frequently or occasionally go out?

Spare SD card.

Spare metal plugged cable for connection control units and expansion systems.

The final release of each IP Office Admin Suite going back to R9.0

1 or 2 9608s and a power supply for them.

Anything else that you've waited two days for in anticipation while a customer is down.


Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

Spare power supply for the expansion units

A bare IP500v2 control unit could be worthwhile especially as they are relatively inexpensive compared to the other kit.
