Recommendations needed! Panasonic compatable SIP External Door phone

Does anyone have any recommendations for an external SIP door phone with a keypad that works via a SIP extension connected to a Panasonic KXTDE600? It has to have the capability of opening doors via its builtin relay received from a DTMF tone sent from the PBX.
