Currently I have my SBS 2003 setup in this format

Modem—Router—Server + Clients

Is connecting it as better?

Modem—Server—Wireless Hub—Clients

I do realize that I would need a second NIC card but am interested in knowing what works best in your option

Thankx

modem>firewall>server & clients

would be better.

Don't use wireless as your primary connection method for your clients, or you'll have problems with login scripts and GPOs working correctly (at least without a fair amount of effort).
