Recommend me a remote app

I am currently using PCANYWHERE 11... but i am looking for faster application. I used to use VNC. but its security holes frightens me...

do you know a low memory consuming app and nice AD integration for account authorization?

If this is a XP or 2k+ server machine use terminal services. The client fits on a floppy, they even have a web interface you can install if you desire. Runs GREAT even over dial up.
