I have a Definity G3 v9. Plant wants caller ID at the guard shack. System only has 4 wire digital, and no free wire in conduit to shack.

Any recommendations on what analog phone with display for caller ID to purchase?

Never had this request before. I am aware I need to get a TN793 board.

Walmart has choices... most should be fairly cheap

I take that to mean any analog phone with display will work? I posted because I had purchased a Quartel Q610 and the display if functional, but it does not show caller ID info when calling. It is config'd as a type=2500 on a TN793C. Is there a setting that needs enabled? The station for is pretty plain and straight forward. I'm told by a few experts that "it should work". That's why I was thinking I might have a bunk phone and was wondering what others have used.
