We are running NAV for Exchange Version 2.18 (Build 80)on a Exchange 5.5 w/SP4. When I go to the Global Options page, to the Notify Tab and select Recipient from the To: drop down list, the box for "Enable this email notification" is NOT checked. Yet, NAV4EX is sending notifications to the Recipient. So, it is pretty much doubling any email traffic, most of which isn't even sent to the actual
infected user because of spoofed From: addresses. So, why when the check box is unchecked, is my server sending notification to the recipient of the virus quarantined email?

I have stopped and restarted all applicable services and even rebooted the server, and still, notifications are sent to the recipient???

I am trying to get these emails notifications to stop as well, did you ever get this to stop?

Thanks.
