Recieving ERR090 (TN) on 61C

I have an issue on an 61C:

ERR090 4 0 12 8

It so happens that this TN is giving us issues in regards to the CPI being captured by the dialogic cards....The Dialogic card will not pick up any CPI when this call is made so our system does not know where to direct the call.

I looked up the error:

ERR090 - Answer supervision recieved but more digits to be outpulsed..
Action: Check central office for bad trunk.

Would this error have anything to do with the CPI?

yes, if you can duplicate the error by calling the cpi, do a trace on it. then modify the digit string to match the inbound requirements.. i had a simular problem with a page server, users dialed the pager digits before anaswer supervision so the switch dropped the digits.. that one was a eod timer on the route (end of dial)

Yeah when we call any DN internally from the two TNs in question, the CPI does not come through to the dialogic cards everytime. Then we get this error on the M1 (ERR090). I will get a trace done on the call as soon as possible.

Also, I was wondering if moving the TN for the set would fix this issue?

doesn't sound like a tn swap would do anything,, tn's good, your just getting a few extra digits before answer supervision.. i would check the supervision, something to slow down those digits.. if your using cdns for steering (i would) then you can answer supv yes.. that might be worth a try.. or if the trunks can be changed to start type ddl? depends on a lot of other params

one of these 4 patches are for load 90 err's that run for no reason.. i can't say which one, just that i needed them in the past 6 months or so

Awesome I will check the switch to see if those are on there. Also, we moved those DNs to a different TN with the same results.....

When calling from either 1751, 1752, or 1702 the CPI is not displayed....
