Recieve twice

Hi,

I setup POP3 accounts with Outlook 2003, because this person has multiple email, I created rule to move new email to appropriate folder. The other email accounts are fine, but one account always receive double. Any idea?

Check whether you have tick the box to remain the e-mail in the server. When the e-mails are not removed from the server they will be downloaded again and you will receive the e-mails twice.
