Call's into Audix work when the VM pilot extension number is dialed internally (it recognizes the station and only asks for the password). When calling in from outside the pbx using the DID VM Pilot Number I get the "Welcome to Audix" message and the prompt to enter the extension, but it always tells me that the extension number I enter is invalid. I am pretty sure this has something to do with the VM system not recognizing the external caller-ID number that is being sent over the SIP trunks, but I am brain-farting on what to do to fix it. I thought being able to call into Audix from outside the office is pretty common, does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your time

No it's not the wrong number.
is this for all users or just some?

It is at least several extensions with at least two different VM COR's. It only happens to users calling utilizing the VM DID pilot number, if they dial the VM hunt group extension from their internal phones it works fine.

Thank you for your help.

Never Mind. Issue was related to dual DTMF tones being sent over the SIP trunks.
