Problem started last week an i have no idea why. The receptionists softconsole used to have a different ringtone and a different alert colour (yellow) for when transfered calls that were not picked up returned back to reception... This has stopped being the case, it is now the same colour and ringtone as normal incoming calls... very frustrating!
