Receptionist Softconsole - Return Call feature not working

Problem started last week an i have no idea why. The receptionists softconsole used to have a different ringtone and a different alert colour (yellow) for when transfered calls that were not picked up returned back to reception... This has stopped being the case, it is now the same colour and ringtone as normal incoming calls... very frustrating!
Ive rebooted both the ip office and pc. Any ideas?
 
How did you setup the return?

It should be set on the receptionists user profile, but when a forward on no answer is set at the person you're transferring to, then that would overrule the return timer.
