I have installed the soft console on a PC along with a receptionist license. The console works. I am now trying to modify the template to create blf groups. When I log in as the administrator it allows me to make new groups bu the info isn't loading from the IP Office, so I can't add the extensions I want to the groups. Is there something different I need to do to make the drop down fields populate with info from the IP Office? It is all there when I am running in user mode.
