Reception console

Hi guys

I have looked through the posts but can't find an answer to my problem.

Mitel 3300 release 7

I have two ext's on the reception console that remain 'brown' even after I have added them to remote busy lamps and telephone directory. Any ideas?

Also, can the phone lock feature show a 'no entry' sign on the reception console when locked or do I have add another button like 'DND'

Thanks for any advice
