I have a primary and secondary IPO server and 7 expansion mode v2s @ 10.1
I have the Reception/Breakout (DTMF 0) on all systems set to go to the reception extension which is an IP ext on the primary. All other extensions currently are on the V2s. When someone wants to hit 0 during while in a mailbox it goes fast busy.
Any ideas?

Start Monitor.
Otherwise I can sell you a service agreement and do all the troubleshooting for you.

I already pay for a service agreement to a bunch of loosers.

Well, the only way to know why it isn't working is to watch sysmon when doing the call.

Otherwise verify that you can dial the number that is set as the 0 breakout.

Whats with all the people on here lately who want free technical support, won't do any troubleshooting, and have the nerve to be rude about it at the same time?

As Janni said, do a Sysmon trace. Without starting there you will not get anywhere.

Being fair... Satoronto has been a member since 2011 and is active in other tt forums.

Maybe, everyone should take a deep breath and reconsider their attitude. You may choose to asist further or not but going to defcon one is a bit over the top.

In general, if you think someone is taking the micky bliss then use the red flag option. TT management does care and views rf posts pretty immediately. Ultimately it's their place to decide

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Guys. I have twice as much experience with IPO then any of the techs whom I pay 15K a year for support. Unfortunately, in my company..the guys that don't know make all the decisions and the guys that do know are never consulted. guess which group I'm part of :(. I have resigned myself to the fact, that If I need help I will come here before wasting my time and taking the chance of my systems being crashed

I fixed this myself :)

I hope you pay an mcse every time you have an issue with your computer and not going to support forums for free support :)

My answer was mostly based on the amount of info given.
Most posts here would be solved if people would use Monitor to see what happens, usually troubleshooting for me is the following

1. Check config / System Status
2. Check System Monitor
3. Check Avaya Support docs
4. Check Forums
5. Ask your friends
6. Create a ticket

I understand the OPs problem, just find it scary that there seems to be so many BPs who are not able to support their customers on the most basic issues.
Maybe we should take all the forum members, form a BP service company and start signing up customers =)
