Receiving "Delivery Refused" Error For Unknown Reasons

We received the following error message when trying to send an email to this user. The account mailbox are correct and active. What would've caused this? How can we fix it?

Sent: 6/30/2006 10:43 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Ankur Tarneja on 6/30/2006 10:42 AM
