I have a request that I was hoping someone could help me out with. I have a DID number xxx-xxx-3484. This number appears on 25 phones in my building. The number is used for a main line. I am trying to give them CLID on all inbound calls originated from outside the system. The CLID is working internal. This is not curentaly happening. Any help on this would be great!!

I would check some of your CLS parameters. CNDA, CNIA, DNDA and TAA should be allowed if your DID number is not on key 0.

Sorry - NOT TAA but TDD for tandem digit display.

Hi dabble,

I went ahead and programmed the CLS and still no luck. I have a 2616 phone with x-3484 on key 0. When I call from an outside number the CLID says 10080025-1 x3484 (busy) Any idea's?

turn on msgi on your Dch and see what is actually coming in, then may need to get with local telco

Are you trying to show the number originating the call on the display of your phones? Is the route associated with 10080025 a PRI? You need to recieve the number from your carier some how. If its not PRI its probably not getting to you.

Do you know for sure that your carrier is sending this info to your switch?

What do you get when you do a trace on an active call to x3484? Do you see the calling number within the trace?

I am receiving the number from telco Over a PRI. I can se ethe CLID on key 0 but when it hunts (LHK 9) it wont pass the info past key 0?

post the TNB. it isn't going to "jump" over feature keys.

I'd set CLS CNDA DNDD (DNDD being the trick)
