Receiving but not sending faxes.

Installed a Panasonic KX-TA624 phone system. The fax line is used as CO2. The FAX connection is assigned to jack 4 which is the location of the fax machine and FAX tone detection is set to 1 time. I can receive faxes but cannot send faxes. The external code of 9 doesn't work either. It worked yesterday but not today. Thank you for any and all help.

did you try 82 for line 2?

Use an SLT at fax jack and sse if you can make call from the SLT Set. If not check you ext config.
