Is there a way to find out what numbers are being received for a certain DID number on a PRI? They don't seem to be 1 to 1 so I'm confused.

Dont exactly understand your question ...but

1. Check under recd # under target line in the Norstar
2. Call the phone company and ask

The number of digits will be the same for all DIDs on a Norstar

Ok, I found out what the deal is. The installer changed it. He said the system can't accept a 0 or a 9 as the first digit. What I am taking about is that when you have a DID that is 555-7015 and the Rec'd# is set to 3 you'd expect to get 015, but he had it changed to 715.

I have set up a MICS with T1 DID first digit of 9, a few changes and it works fine.
