Can anyone suggest a HTML/CSS text? Preferably one that compies with W3? Thanks.

To clarify, I'd like a physical textbook, web tutorials are not ideal. Thanks again.

Personally, I still dig into O'Reilly's HTML: The Definitive Guide, written by Danny Goodman.

It's not an exhaustive review of CSS, but it includes html, css, javascript, and the dom. A wholly useful book.
