Hi

I've seen this problem mentioned before, but I have not been able to find a solution.

Is it possible to "recall to transferring station"? I want the caller that is waiting to go back to the transferring station in stead of the attendant!

You really would help me alot is you could answer me this question. Thanks alot!

another prompt that can hide on that one is trcl, keep that on 0, menaing no matter how many times a call is transfered it does not go back to the operator.. other promopts limit the total forwards and hunts.. this one just sets a max prior to sending the call to the operator.. is that is set to low the call starts to xfer back, matches the trcl and hits the att..0 does not send the call to anywhere, it allows other prompts to direct the call

Hi thank you so much for helping me.

FNAL FDN
FNAT FDN
FNAD FDN

What does that mean?

If I put
FNAL NO
FNAT NO
FNAD NO

do you know what will happen?
