Hi all,

I have what looks like 2 500 analogue extn's built the same (on the same FALC card too), in fact I think one was a copy of the other, on one I can issue a recall while in a call to get back to dial tone and make a second call, and on the other it seems to 'ignore' the tones and leaves me on the same original call.

I'm wondering if the FALC ports can be programmed for different types of recall, and one is on time break and the other on earth? Also can ports be programmed for loop calling and others earth calling?

The build Below extn 3040 does not work, and below this extn 3041 which does, I've been through them and can't see a difference!

Any idea's?

Thanks
Peter

Can you adjust the flash timing on the phone/handset hardware? Is that what is different? Swap the phones with each other and see if the problem moves.

Hi, Yes I've tried that and to no avail, it's as if the ports are programmed differently!?!

From the lack of responses I presume I'm asking something silly and that the 'recall method' is not defined on the card but fixed as 'time break', so I'm wondering about reseating the FALC card to see if it clears it's head? Are these cards hot swapable, do they redownload the config from the system when reinserted?

Thanks!
