Hi there

Is it possible to recall a call to the originating part?

I'm rather new in the Meridian terminology but I am pretty sure it is called "recall" when a user is waiting on a person?

is this an echo? try using ring again instead of park

When 'A' calls 'B' & B's line is engaged'
'A'can activate 'ring again'
when 'B's line is free, 'A' will recieve a notification to call again.

And my question is that when the "waiting time" (the last integer in the RTIM) times out, the call should go back to the originating part, but I cannot find where to set this up.

Recall button assignment. What load are you looking for,RCAL is in LD16, LD18,LD58.

I don't think that is what I mean. I do not want a recall button on a phone - I want it to happen automatically. When a user is waiting on a busy extension, I want the call to go back to the originator after a certain amount of time.
