Rebuilt Win2k DC can't do squat!

Our win 2k server's motherboard died and was replaced. We have a small network with only that one dc. I have reinstalled the os and all other necessary files, but for some reason I can not connect any of the other computers to it, itsays the domain does not exist.

We are running our ISP off of another machine running ICS, and DHCP with dual nics. I have DNS running and AD on the server. I have done this before, but it wants to be stubborn, any suggestions!!!

Does this happen when you try to join the domain if so you must do the following.

(1st) Ensure you have the right DNS settings

(2nd) make sure and go over this with a fine tooth comb that all systems are pointing to the right DNS

What you are experincing is a enproper DNS set up

Can you even see the machine ping or anything? NO: check
network settings. Can ping should be able to at least
attach. YES: try to attach and see.


Can you log onto the AD Domain via the console?
