Rebuilding Exchange 2000 For Disaster Recovery

Morning everyone! Does anybody know of any good documents that show how to rebuild or intall Exch. 2000 in a disaster recovery scenario. I have a box set up in a lab with a domain the same as my production domain. I have full backup of information store to restore to new server. I think I have a pretty good idea how to do this but I was hoping there were some docs that might make this process a little more painless. Not real up on Exch. but I guess no better way to learn then to get thrown in under the pressure of a DR scenarion. Any help is greatly appreciated as always.
