rebuild voicemail

The voicemail isn't built in the PBX, it would be built in Meridian Mail or Call Pilot. You probably have a seperate terminal to log into those unless you have an Option 11 and those are sometimes shared.
Which mail system do you have?
Do you see a seperate terminal?
What size PBX? 11 61 81?

softkeys add delete etc
will bring up the box and ask: okay to delete?
if building back same box, note all DNs, not just primary
