We have a PowerEdge 2300 with PERC-2, running NT-4. One of the 4 drives in our RAID array went bad. When we go to the PERC BIOS to rebuild it, it says "rebuild in progress", yet it stalls there for more than an hour with nothing happening, no progress indicated. We could reformat it though. Another new drive also seemed to be unbuildable as well. We're wondering if there is a way to force the rebuild process. The server actually boots and works with 3 of the 4 drives.

I'll have to ammend that, after running a reformat, the rebuild process now seems to be working. Hopefully we'll know weather the drive is usable or will need a new one.
