Reboots

Hi

I have a Dell Optiplex and have installed Vista Ultimate Edition on it. Every time I try to run the Experience Rating it gets to the AERO Assessmentn and reboots the PC. I have upgraded the BIOS and installed the latest Graphics drivers. I am not sure what to do now!

Can you turn off Automatic Restarts (or check the Event Viewer) and get the full BSOD error message?

Thanks. I will try that. I have checked the event log and there is nothing there relating to the reboot. I'll try deleteing the files mentioned in the other post also.
