I have an Avaya 412 with a couple of dual trunk ports. Our carrier is having issues where the line drops and then comes back up. Our 412 has to be rebooted in order for the line to come back up. Is there a way to just reboot the trunk ports or modules without downing the whole PBX? Thanks in advance,

Phillip

why type of trunk port?
you cannot reset any, but it may be a configuration error causing the issue.

Usually it helps just unplugging the trunk from the IPO and reconnect it again, although I had cases where it only helped with rebooting.
