Reboot switch after change of priority?

I need to change the priority of a stand-alone switch before I add another and create a stack.

My question is - once is change the priority can I just do a wri mem, or do I have to use the reload command instead?

I would assume you are talking about a 3750 stack. In that case you would need to reboot the switch/stack before the priorities take place.
