Hello All,

Trying to find information on what is the best or proper way to reboot or shutdown all devices on the network and then restart them in the correct order.

We currently have the following:
2x MiVBs (Primary and Backup)
1x MiCollab
6x MBGs (2 for SIP Trunks, 2 for Teleworkers and 2 for SRC (Primary and Backup of each)
2x IVR Servers (Primary and Backup) (Windows)
1x ASC Server (Windows)
1x Recording Database Servers(Windows)
1x MiCC Server(Windows)
1x MiCC Database server(Windows)

Any assistance is very appreciated

depends whether you want to keep anything running?
to keep service
i would do primary mivb 1st
handsets should go resilient
then primary sip trunk mbg
then primary src
then micc
then sql
then primary ivr
then mivollab
then primary tw.
then asc
when all of those are back online
test ivr functionality (ports are working on primary ivr)
test trunks are operational via primary mivb

then do all the secondary servers
mivb
sip trunk mbg
src
second ivr
asc database

test again.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
