Realtime trunk usage 1

Is there a way to view realtime trunk useage on a system. We are starting to have fast busy on alot of outbound calls and want to see our utillization. We have an Option 11C Succession 1000M w/OTM and Symposium. Thanks ahead of time.

in the screen you can trac 0 xxxx with X=to the acod of a route, that will show the status of each group member.

Now just to get this straight. When it shows a channel busy that is an outbound call only? Or is it considered an inbound (on a DID) or an outbound?

could be either. I think for out going it grabs the highest channel and for incoming it comes in on the lowest channel or vice versa. Try a

I just noticed you have OTM. I dont' know that interface. The prompts I supplied are for the command line.
