Realtime protection

Hello,

I am a new user of Norton Antivirus Corparate Edition. I install it on a Windows 2000 Server. This is my "home computer"

When i finish the instalation, Norton give me the message:
"Norton AntiVirus Realtime protection failed to load".

How can i resolve this problem?
