Was this working then stopped, or is this a new set up?

before it was working and now it working perfect on the server but not on the callcenter screens/wallboards on the screens it shows x sign like there is no photo.

Has thee been an upgrade of the call center system? The newer versions do not work the same way the older ones used to.

Hi,

I had this kind of issue with windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

With win XP and vista, it was pretty much always the firewall that was blocking the realtime display. Try disabling firewall for testing. Don't let it disable though as it could be a security issue. Also, I had to make sure Allows Scriptlet was enable in IE security option for ActiveX.

With Windows 7, activeX wasn't registering. We had to register them manually and one of my windows guy did a script that push the right registry keys and make dll register properly. But it was pain in the ass making it work..
