We've been working with an older version of the Symposium Real-Time SDK, but it's been quite testy. The version we have refuses to run on Windows 2000, and also will not run in a seperate memory space (meaning we need a seperate machine for each switch we want to collect data from). Unfortunately, most of my knowledge is with Aspect, so I'm running a bit in the dark here.

Before I go and order the latest version from Nortel, does anyone have experience with it enough to know if it runs on 2k or later, can run multiple instances on a switch, and which Symposium versions it's compatible with?

Thanks.

Can you please tell me where you go the SDK from ?

Nortel sells the SDK. I think you also need a Developer Partner membership to be able to buy it (double whammy).
