we have a small call centre environment - 16 seats. We have been using CCC but it find it bug ridden and overly complex for the basic information we need.
We run an IP500
We want to be able to show the number of available operators and any calls queing. Preferably at the desk top of the operators via a 'pop' up dashboard.
Is anyone aware of anything other than CCC that will allow us to provide this information
