Hello,

I am just a manager within a call center. I have no technical experience with Symposium, so I apologize if I sound stupid.

We have a private display setup to monitor which lines have calls holding. On the display is
Filter - Application - Calls Wait - Max Wait Time - Srv Lvl%

The problem is that for a few users within the department they are able to click the '+'next to Salon_Application to expand the view to see the details of each line, but most users in our department do not have the '+' sign. What could be creating the difference? Please help.

We are on Build: 04.05.005.02 (Web Client 4.5 - SU 05)

Thank you for your time.

The ones who do not have it do not have it setup for their user account. All these settings are found in the Web client in Access and Partition Management. If you really want to roll out this ability to users who do not have it. You must login to Web Client as a user who has the rights to make changes and compare one who works to one who doesn't and make appropriate changes. One caveat is that when doing this if you don't know what your allowing someone to do you could be giving access to something only a few should have access to.

We all actually use the same login ID and password to access the display. Do you know if it requires any certain versions of IE, Java, etc. Could that be the issue?

For the machine that does not work, try to check its Internet Explorer, ensure that the pop-up blocker is turned off.

See if it helps
