Real Time reporting in Hi Path Pro center

I'm using Hi Path Pro Center Standard v6.5 Client, and I'm having problems viewing 2 specific users in the real time reports. I can see all other users in real time, but 2 don't appear.
I've gone into the individual user's profile then the user/monitor tab and can't find the user in the list. I don't see an option to add him.
Can anyone help?

Make sure that the extens is being monitored by Pro center
