Real Time display trouble

I get a Run Time error line 1416
Active X componant can not create object.

Are you seeing this on the end user desktop when they try to launch a display? If so, does that have appropriate permissions on their desktop for ActiveX to install correctly, and have the browser settings been configured?

A little more information?

Yes its on the user desktop. Do you know how to check the browser settings and permissions. Thanks for your help.
