Hello,

Could you help me please with an answer for "were can i get the tables for real time display" in the database? This question blow ed my head for more than a week. I use RTA (from Aspect) who takes info's from CCMA ACD's and there i see all the info about logged status or idle or not...But i want to send a net send message to agents who spends more than X secs on not ready. For this i need to get the real time data, compare it with a threshold pr established and then trigger something. The problem is i can't find those bloody tables....Sorry if it's a easy question but i can't find them.

Thanks and regards,
Saiuz

Realtime Data is broadcast via Multicast/Unicast. Set up a Multicast collection app and script your responses based on that.

Realtime Data, to my knowledge, is not stored in a database, its a rolling snapshot of current activity on the CCMS server.

I agree with pronei, there's no database table. If nothing collects the multicast stream, the data is lost.

Thanks a lot for all answers, i think you're right, the tables does not exists.

Thanks,
Vali
