Hey all- Wanted to float this strange but true issue out there and see if anyone has any ideas. SWC 4.5. I have a feeling that this is a Nortel "special". So I have one coach that when setting up a private application display cannot receive data. The generic timeout message appears that I'm sure we all know. She only has the problem when setting the display as Int to date. Moving window works fine. We have reloaded the client controls and went as far as to re-image her machine. She can login to another coaches PC with her web client credentials and everything works fine. We are passing all Int to Date data when setting up MCast config. Its only from the one machine- no matter who logs in u cannot see Int to Date appl data. Skllset and agent data = fine. I cannot quite comprehend this one. Any thoughts are welcomed. Thanks.

Is there any firewalling between the client PC and CCMA?

We had to set up multicast (required for RT displays) and the firewalls required several ports to be allowed to enable this.

The full list of multicast ports is 7020, 7030, 7040, 7050, 7060, 7070, 7080, 7090, 7100, 7110, 7120, 7130.

I can't find the one that specifically relates to the interval to date application data, but I know it is different to moving window for application data (which may be why one works but not the other.)

I'll see if I can find the specific NTP and post something further.

These are the ports listed in the mrcv.ini (the ini file for mrcv.exe which tests multicast reception)

# Valid Port number are:
#
# Application - Interval to date = 6020
# Application - Moving window = 6030
# Skillset - Interval to date = 6040
# Skillset - Moving window = 6050
# Agent - Interval to date = 6060
# Agent - Moving window = 6070
# Nodal - Interval to date = 6080
# Nodal - Moving window = 6090
# IVR - Interval to date = 6100
# IVR - Moving window = 6110
# Route - Interval to date = 6120
# Route - Moving window = 6130

Where do you find the Multicast ports starting with a 7

is there a file on the web client like on the SCCS

or is the range listed above the same on all servers

Supervisor displays can use multicast or unicast signalling or both. This is configured on the Web Client server under configuration and Real Time Reporting settings. You might want to try that if the multicast just won't work for this supervisor.
