I have an issue where my admin can't see her real time display reports to see if anyone is logged in at night after hours. Two scenarios: 1)She use to have DSL and RAS in and could see real Time Displays. 2) Now she lives in an area that has no DSL capability, and has to use dial up, but says she can't see real time reports. Now, my theory is the data streaming requires a much larger bandwidth pipe in order to show her these real time reports. Dial up won't cut it, but DSL can.. Does anyone know of a minimum bandwidth required to run Real Time Reports remotely? Can you use dial up or is she just caught in the stone age.
