I forgot to add....

You cannot read the backup file created by NRU, thus why you need to do the workbook method.

Curlycord,

Worked like a charm once I fixed Excel 2007 ability to open older workbooks with VBA. Required a Microsoft hot fix.

Do you happen to know the password for unprotecting sheets in the workbook?
